Check your spam or promotions folder first — verification emails occasionally land there. If it's still missing after 10 minutes, email us at support@ordexia-gpt.com with your registered address and we'll trigger a resend.
How do I withdraw funds? +
Withdrawals are processed through your partnered broker, not through Ordexia GPT directly. Log into your broker account, request the withdrawal, and it usually clears within one to two business days.
Someone claiming to be Ordexia GPT contacted me — is that real? +
We never cold-call, never ask for your password, and never ask you to install remote-access software. If something feels off, forward the message to tech@ordexia-gpt.com and we'll verify it immediately.
Can I change my email or phone number? +
Yes. For security, account detail changes go through a short verification process. Email support@ordexia-gpt.com from your current registered address and we'll walk you through it.
