Terms of Service.

These terms set out the ground rules for using the Ordexia GPT platform. They're written in plain English where possible. By creating an account or using the Ordexia GPT app, you agree to the terms below.

Section 01Acceptance of these terms

By accessing the Ordexia GPT official website or using the Ordexia GPT app, you confirm that you've read, understood, and agreed to these terms. If you disagree with any part of them, please don't use the platform — it's as simple as that.

Section 02Eligibility

To use Ordexia GPT, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old (or the legal age for financial services in your country, whichever is higher)
  • Have full legal capacity to enter a binding contract
  • Not reside in a country where the Ordexia GPT trading platform is restricted
  • Provide accurate, up-to-date information during Ordexia GPT registration

Section 03Your account

You're responsible for keeping your login credentials private. Sharing your password, even with family or financial advisors, is strongly discouraged. If you believe your account has been accessed without permission, contact us immediately at support@ordexia-gpt.com.

Each person may hold only one active Ordexia GPT account. Multiple accounts may be merged or closed at our discretion.

Section 04Services we provide

Ordexia GPT is an AI-driven trading software service. We provide:

  • Market analysis and trading signals generated by our proprietary algorithms
  • Automated trade execution through partnered regulated brokers
  • Dashboards, reports, and performance tracking tools
  • Customer support and educational resources
Important: Ordexia GPT is software, not a broker. We don't hold your money. Your funds are deposited with and held by our partnered brokers, who are regulated in their respective jurisdictions.

Section 05Deposits, trades & withdrawals

Funds are deposited directly with your partnered broker — never into Ordexia GPT itself. Minimum deposits, processing times, and withdrawal conditions are set by the broker. We'd recommend reviewing the broker's own terms before depositing.

Withdrawal requests are handled by the broker, typically within 1–2 business days. Ordexia GPT cannot process, delay, or block withdrawals on its own.

Section 06User responsibilities

When you use the Ordexia GPT app, you agree to:

  • Use the platform only for lawful, personal purposes
  • Make investment decisions based on your own research and risk tolerance
  • Keep your device, browser, and security software reasonably up to date
  • Notify us promptly of any suspicious activity on your account

Section 07Prohibited conduct

Certain behaviours will result in immediate account suspension or closure, including:

  • Using the platform for money laundering, fraud, or any illegal activity
  • Attempting to reverse-engineer, scrape, or exploit the Ordexia GPT trading app
  • Impersonating another person or providing false identity information
  • Harassing our support team or other users
  • Operating automated scripts or bots beyond the platform's native tools

Section 08Intellectual property

Everything on the Ordexia GPT platform — the software, algorithms, branding, copy, graphics, and design — is owned by Ordexia GPT or its licensors. You're welcome to use the platform for its intended purpose; you're not welcome to copy, resell, or redistribute our materials without written permission.

Section 09Limitation of liability

Trading involves genuine risk. Profits aren't guaranteed, and past performance (yours or ours) doesn't predict future results. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ordexia GPT isn't liable for:

  • Trading losses you incur while using the Ordexia GPT investment tools
  • Downtime, connectivity issues, or delays caused by third parties (brokers, exchanges, internet service providers)
  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Nothing in these terms excludes liability for gross negligence, fraud, or anything else that can't be legally excluded.

Section 10Suspension & termination

You can close your Ordexia GPT account at any time by contacting support. We may suspend or terminate an account if you breach these terms, if we reasonably suspect fraud, or if required by law. In all cases, any funds held with the partnered broker remain yours to withdraw.

Section 11Governing law & disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Ordexia GPT is established. Any dispute that can't be resolved informally will go to the competent courts of that jurisdiction, unless your local consumer protection law grants you additional rights.

Section 12Changes to these terms & contact

We may update these terms occasionally — to reflect changes in the platform, new features, or updated regulations. When we make significant changes, we'll notify registered users by email. Continuing to use the Ordexia GPT trading platform after changes means you accept the updated version.
