Privacy Policy.

This policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, and how we look after your data on the Ordexia GPT platform. We've done our best to write it in plain language — lawyers helped, but we didn't let them drown it in jargon.

Section 01Who we are

Ordexia GPT is an AI-powered auto trading platform launched in 2024. For the purposes of data protection law, Ordexia GPT ("we," "us," or "our") is the data controller of the personal information you provide when you visit the Ordexia GPT official website or use the Ordexia GPT app.

Our goal with data is simple: collect only what we genuinely need to run the service, protect what we hold, and give you real control over it.

Section 02Information we collect

We collect a few categories of information, and not much more:

  • Account data — name, email address, phone number, country of residence, and password (which we never store in plain text).
  • Identity verification data — required by our partnered brokers for KYC compliance. This may include proof of address and a government-issued ID.
  • Transactional data — records of deposits, withdrawals, and trades made on the Ordexia GPT trading platform.
  • Device & usage data — IP address, browser type, device identifiers, and pages visited. This helps us spot bugs and defend the platform against fraud.
  • Communications — messages you send to our support team, for quality and training purposes.

Section 03How we use your data

We process your data for specific, limited reasons:

  • To create, verify, and manage your account
  • To execute and settle trades through partnered brokers
  • To comply with financial regulation (KYC, AML, tax reporting where required)
  • To detect and prevent fraud, abuse, or account takeover attempts
  • To improve the Ordexia GPT platform based on aggregated usage patterns
  • To respond to your support enquiries
  • To send service-related emails (and marketing, only if you've opted in)
Plain English: we don't sell your data. Ever. We don't build shadowy profiles to sell to advertisers. What we collect, we use to run the service.

Section 04Sharing with third parties

We share data only with parties who are essential to delivering the Ordexia GPT trading app:

  • Partnered brokers — to execute trades and meet regulatory KYC obligations.
  • Infrastructure providers — encrypted cloud hosting, email delivery, analytics (aggregated only).
  • Regulators and law enforcement — when legally required, and only to the extent required.

All third parties we work with are contractually bound to protect your data to at least the same standard we do.

Section 05Cookies & tracking

The Ordexia GPT website uses cookies — small text files stored on your browser. Some are essential (to keep you logged in), some help us understand how the site performs, and a few are used for advertising measurement if you interact with our ads.

You can manage or disable cookies through your browser settings. Disabling essential cookies may affect how the platform works.

Section 06Data retention

We keep your personal data for as long as your account is active, plus any period required by law (typically 5–7 years for financial records). When you close your account, we delete or anonymise personal data that's no longer legally required.

Section 07Your rights

Depending on where you live (GDPR, UK GDPR, CCPA, and similar frameworks), you may have the right to:

  • Access — request a copy of the data we hold on you
  • Correction — ask us to fix inaccurate information
  • Deletion — request we erase your data (subject to legal hold periods)
  • Portability — receive your data in a machine-readable format
  • Objection — object to certain uses of your data, including marketing
  • Withdrawal of consent — at any time, without affecting prior lawful processing

Section 08Security practices

Protecting your data is something we take seriously. Concretely, we use 256-bit SSL encryption across the site, multi-factor authentication for account login, encrypted database storage, and regular security audits. No system is 100% unbreakable, but we've invested heavily in making ours very, very hard to compromise.

Section 09International data transfers

Because the Ordexia GPT platform operates worldwide, your data may be transferred to and processed in countries outside your own. Where this happens, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent legal safeguards to keep your data protected at the same standard.

Section 10Children's privacy

Ordexia GPT is strictly for users aged 18 and over. We don't knowingly collect data from minors. If you believe a minor has registered on our platform, please contact us and we'll remove the account promptly.

Section 11Changes to this policy

We may update this policy occasionally — typically when laws change or when we launch new features. When we do, we'll update the "last updated" date at the top. Material changes will be announced via email to registered users.
